Pilates-Yoga Fusion offers a unique blend of Pilates and Yoga. Through this invigorating workout you will learn to utilize you "powerhouse" while including a series of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body, mind and breath. The aforementioned skills promote good health, strength, flexibility and tranquility. This program offers exercise progressions that cater to all fitness levels. **Sticky Mat needed**

Cardio-Kickboxing/Aerobics with Mind, Body and Spirit Institute
This enjoyable exercise is an ideal way to keep fit, build stamina, increase coordination, and develop balance and speed while practicing basic punches and kicks. This total body workout is designed to burn up to 800 calories per session. Taught by a professional fighter, you will learn self-defense, improve self-esteem and self-confidence, and increase mental discipline while toning and losing weight. Sharika Dance Center Bollywood Classes
 Come see what all the excitement is about and experience the vibrant energy of Bollywood music! We at SDC have put together a fun filled Bollywood workout session, involving the different aspects of Indian dances from classical (Kathak) to folk for you. M & N Drop-in Aerobics
Drop in to this class for a great, fun aerobic workout for all fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. This is a low-impact workout and each class offers a variety of activities.

F.U.N. Quilter’s Club (Friendly Unique Needle Art)
The art of quilting has always been part of the American experience. Quilting has recently been enjoying a renaissance throughout the United States. Whether you like to do hand quilting or machine quilting, are very experienced or just a beginner, you are welcome to join this club. Large tables are provided as well as outlets for sewing machines. Bring a project to share and a snack and learn new ideas from other club members. Some members are also working on needlepoint, crochet or knitted projects. Snowflake Ornament or Pendant Necklace Beadcraft
Create a sparkly snowflake with a basic beadweaving technique with a simple loop to use as an ornament. Or, for a beautiful holiday necklace, string your snowflake on flexible wire and add a few extra crystals for an instant chic! Please bring a bead board, bead mat, or hand towel to use as a work surface.

Harvest Wreath Pin
Celebrate the beauty and bounty of Fall with this colorful wreath pin. Kit includes leaves, pumpkins, bead flowers, grape clusters, and mini-acrons to attach perforated plastic with a few quick stitches.
Extra beads in the kit can be udes for additional grape cluster and grapevies if desired. Please bring a small, sharp pair of scissors and a bead board, bead mat or hand towel to use as a work surface. Christmas Wreath Ornament
Add come sparkle to your season with this quick crystal ornament to hang on the tree, in a window, or to give as a gift. This is a great project to do with children; they add beads to memory wire; you bend the wire, hang the charm, and help with the ribbon. Please bring round-nosed pliers if you have them (there will be tools available for use in the class) and a bead board, bead mat, or hand towel to use as a work surface. Ages: 5 to adult. (Children must be accompanied by an adult.) Do You Wanna Dance? This is a ballroom-oriented dance class where you will learn a variety of steps to different rhythms. Guitar Clinic: Crazy Guitar Hotel
Come learn three classic rock guitar songs! We'll start with Queen's Elvis-influences song that is a riot to play - their first #1 hit - "Crazy Little Thing Called Love." Then we'll do one of the top-voted guitar songs of all time, the Beatles' "While My Guitar Gently Weeps." Finally, we'll do the iconic "Hotel California" by the Eagles. Be sure to bring a capo for "Hotel California." This clinic will be challenging for the advanced player, but will also provide the novice with a great opportunity to learn to play these classic rock songs. Please bring your own guitar and capo.
